The Multi-Cultural Center has partnered with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to serve as an SBA site for ethnic business development.  The Multi-Cultural Center - with SBA and Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) - provide on-going educational sessions and support for newcomers and other minorities who wish to establish their own small businesses.  A representative of the SBA is available on-site at the Multi-Cultural Center from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.  This is a free service.
