In 2012, Middle School students attended a live video conference with NASA astronaut Lori Scott. Students were able to ask questions and hear what it is really like to be an astronaut.

In 2013, the students were able to extract DNA from fruit at Sanford labs. Civil Air Patrol was our host for EYD in 2014. Students were able to view a CAP plane as well as a Avera Medical plane. Storm football players and Dakota Alliance soccer coaches organized games for the kids in the afternoon.
