If you are interested in renting The Coliseum or to see if a specific date is available for a rental, please email rentals@sfmcc.org or call 605.367.7401. Tours of The Coliseum must be scheduled and are available Monday-Friday. An event-specific contract will be drawn up for your rental. To book a date, a signed contract and full deposit must be received. Rental payment and the Certificate of Liability are due 2 weeks prior to an event. Security may be required for your event.

Set-up hours and tear-down/clean-up hours are included in the contract and need to be consecutive with the rental hours. For example, if your event is Saturday evening, set-up must occur Saturday afternoon. If your event is Saturday morning, you may elect to setup Friday evening. Deliveries for the event must occur during hours stated on the rental contract. Many weekends have numerous events scheduled. MCC will not accept any deliveries for an event prior to the rental period and we are not responsible for items remaining in The Coliseum after the stated rental hours.

Rental hours for The Coliseum vary depending on MCC programming. All rentals need to be complete prior to 12 midnight.
